Just in time for the Fourth of July, we caught up with HEINEKEN’s resident historian Demelza van der Maas in the Netherlands to learn more about this decades-old relationship.
Fourteen years ago, Andre’ Baird began his journey at HEINEKEN USA (HUSA). Part of his current role as Senior Sales Manager for Sales Execution and Capability consists of building
systems and tools to assist the sales team. Now he’s building even bigger things as President of HUSA’s newly-formed Black Employee Resource Group (BERG). We chatted with Andre’ about the importance of bringing your “whole self” to work, the BERG initiatives already coming to life, and why you don’t have to be Black to join the Black Employee Resource Group.
